The staff was unresponsive to our concerns about the broken plumbing and the room smelled like a sewer. We felt unwelcome during our special occasion.

a beautiful stay with minor hiccups
The pool area provided a serene escape, with comfortable loungers and stunning views of the gardens. I loved relaxing amidst the captivating lavender bushes, creating a delightful atmosphere. Our room was impressively spacious, allowing us to unwind comfortably during our stay. The garden view from our suite was a perfect complement to our time there, enhancing the overall experience.
The wait for taxis was longer than expected, making outings slightly inconvenient.

We had an amazing getaway with friends at this stunning property! The beautiful pool and lovely grounds filled with lavender and sculptures were highlights. We also enjoyed visiting the vineyard. The rooms were spacious, and the bathrooms were immaculate. Just a heads up, it might take a bit for taxis to arrive when you request them at the front desk.
The only downside was the delay in getting taxis to go into town, which took longer than we expected.

missingWrote a review on Jul 25poor layout
The duplex suite layout isn’t suitable for those with mobility issues—it’s ill-conceived with luggage areas located upstairs, forcing some serious hauling. The carpet in the living room bears stains, and cleanliness could be improved overall. Additionally, the spa charges a hefty fee for access, which feels excessive for a single night’s stay when treatments were mostly booked. Communication tends to falter, especially at the Japanese restaurant where a lack of friendliness can add to the challenge if you're struggling with the language.

Charming Accommodations with Stunning Views
The family suite provided us with ample space and exquisite décor. We enjoyed relaxing by the well-maintained pool. Recommend dining on-site for a delightful experience, though the service could be improved. A special touch for our anniversary made our stay memorable, despite minor setbacks. Always confirm pool availability ahead!
