Location: the hotel was very close to the gardens which do n't fit in with the aesthetic as well as the vineyards...

That was wonderful and incredibly beautiful hotel set in outstanding area, adjacent to Cotignac and the gardens and beautiful vineyards and gardens.

The stay in this wonderful and incredibly beautiful hotel was very lovely and we will be back. The management was affable, as well as the staff.

food options are excellant. the stuff are welcoming, managed the parking onsite.

While the garden location is pleasant, there are a few eyesores scattered around that seem out of place. The restaurant in the Asian style also doesn't align with the aesthetic of the property. while the room was decent, the bathroom could use some improvements. Sadly, the service felt lacking, with breakfast being particularly disappointing. Finally, while there were some amenities available, they seemed to be lacking in quality.

Some staff members seemed unprepared to answer questions or assist patrons.

It has amazing restaurant and absolutely incredible and wonderful location in the middle of jackson. Again, the hotel is 3 miles from Domaine Puyfond.

The Easter weekend was a perfect time to stay at this hotel with magnificent gardens and stunning historic architecture. Stayed at a 5-star palace with an outdoor pool, free parking, and a concierge who knew how to handle my luggage. The breakfast was so good, it made up for the airport being 39 km away.
